Repair Cafe - a great success!

The second Oceanside Repair Cafe was held this past Saturday. The Repair Cafe was well attended with some 98 coming to this 3 hour community event hosted by St. Stephen’s, St Mark’s and a small group of other community members. The buzz of folks interacting filled the fellowship room.

Many thanks for St. Mark’s hosting the coffee and treats and to Joe Macdougall for his orientation. There was a clear message of people helping people and the resulting decreasing load of landfill sites as Creation care activities.Information on St. Stephen’s as a community worship centre was also made available.
